CSO Purpose
l). Inspire senior citizens to remain meaningfully engaged:
CSO Objective
l). Inspire senior citizens to remain meaningfully engaged: a) Counseling during transitioning to retired life b) Providing information on medical care and religious pursuits. c) Provide assistance for medical care in the event of health problems II). Harness experience, rich knowledge and wisdom of senior citizens: a) Work towards promotion of national culture, Tradition and heritage sites. b) Promote GNH through local schools, colleges and training institutions c) Support pristine environment, hygienic living, free of litter and trash III) Work towards harmonious living in the local community a) To build bridges for communal harmony, between young and old, rich and poor b) Extend assistance to elderly citizens to live a dignified life. c) Reach out to support senior citizens in times of distress and grief IV) Extend advisory counseling when in need to the senior citizens a) Create a separate health counter, wherever possible, for senior citizens at all Health centers. b) Provide legal guidance and counseling to senior citizens when in need c) Encourage panel discussions on current topics and other issues of interest V) Prospective charitable organizations for seeking cooperation in mobilization of Funds for implementing and sustenance of RSSC Projects and programs • Being a Public Benefit Organization all contributions/ donations are tax exempt • There are generous governmental organizations, Corporations, Private Business House, Private entrepreneurs and Bank • Relevant International Organizations
