The Authority shall, for the purpose of Section 9 of the CSO(Amendment) Act 2022, comprise:

1. The Minister, the Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs as its ex-officio Chairperson;
2. A representative in executive positions from the;
   1. Ministry of Foriegn Affairs
   2. Gross National Happiness Commission 
   3. Department of Law and Order
3. Two representatives for the CSOs 
4. The Director of the Authority, who shall be the member secretary.
