Ms. Kinley Zam has joined CSOA Secretariat as the newly recruited Legal Officer for the CSOA. With her joining the CSOA Secretariat is now fully staffed as per RCSC's Approved Staffing in the 12th Plan for the CSOA. The CSOA family welcomes her and hopefully she will have a meaningful learning experience as she embarks on a long career in the service of Tsa-Wa-Sum.
