Authority in collaboration with the United Nations Bhutan, organized the leadership workshop for the Head of the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) on 31 May 2022, for a vital interplay and prepare strategic collaboration amognst the CSOs, and with the Government agencies and other relevant stakeholders. The workshop was aimed to provide practical tools to leverage prudent and meaningful conversation on ways to find synergies and opportunities for up scaling their societal services and mobilize resources. This was a pivotal meeting to prepare groundworks for the framework which will assist to explore longterm crucial partnership and to address the gridlocks for the development of the civil society sector in Bhutan exclusively amid the post pandemic state.

The event was graced by Hon'ble Home Minister, Lyenpo Ugyen Dorji and the Resident Coordinator of the United Nations system's operational activities for development in Bhutan, Ms. Karla Robin Hershey and attended by 38 Head of the CSOs. The workshop was facilitated virtually by Dr. Edwin Trevor Roberts from Australia and assisted by Mr. Ngedrup Zangpo, Authority Member/Exeutive Director, Bhutan Media Foundation.
